Background
Faced with strong growth in its workforce and the end of the lease on its historic Parisian site in the 17th arrondissement, OVHcloud also wishes to implement a new development charter, OneValley.
The challenge
Upside was commissioned to identify a large Parisian relocation site, very well placed and offering a wide range of services, in order to support the return to the office of teams who need to see each other in order to create and be innovative.

Our results
The Stream Building complex, belonging to Covivio, developing 16,500 m² incl. shops and a hotel concept, was leased by OVHcloud. The teams will move in there in August 2023.
