Background
Ipsen, a medium-sized global biopharmaceutical group active in oncology, neurosciences and rare diseases, occupies various sites in Île-de-France, Boulogne-Billancourt and Les Ulis for a total footprint of 30,000 m².
The challenge
As part of a long-term reflection following the pandemic, Upside was inqstructed by Ipsen to support the General Management’s reflection in determining the right strategy for setting up in Île-de-France: footprint, location, uses, schedule, overall budget.
Upside allowed us to formalize our real estate reflections and to anchor them in both market reality and prospective on the uses of our offices. Congratulations to the team!

Our results
Based on the existing situation, Upside conducted a Workforce Planning and Workplace Strategy exercise, supplemented by a confidential market review, in order to provide a set of scenarios assessed financially and from the point of view of their operational feasibility.
