Lefebvre Dalloz
Background
A venerable and highly respected family business in legal publishing and legal training, Lefebvre Dalloz has around ten locations in Ile-de-France, including some Group properties, where around 1,500 employees work.
The challenge
A new general management, in charge of transforming the Group, has identified the grouping of these subsidiaries in a single place (Project Concerto) as a powerful lever for integration, creation of synergies and pooling of general resources. Implemented in the immediate post-Covid period with the help of Upside, Concerto mobilized alternative workplace principles, such as unassigned positions.
“Upside played a key role in the success of Concerto, our grouping and relocation project in La Défense. This real estate project is a key driver of the success of our transformation”

Olivier CAMPENON, Chairman of the Management Board of Lefebvre-Sarrut
Our results
Lefebvre Dalloz left Paris and its immediate vicinity to acquire a lease in Hakora, a non high-rise uilding, owned by HSBC Reim, located in La Défense and developing approximately 17,000 m². 860 workstations have been set up there, supplemented by ERP spaces dedicated to welcoming third parties for training purposes. The new location is associated with an annual operating cost close to the cost of the various buildings left, which was one of Concerto’s prerequisites.
