Background
Faced with the expiry of the lease for its historic location on rue d’Astorg in Paris (8th) and a growth in its activities in France, this renowned business law firm selected Upside to support its relocation project in Paris Central Business District.
The challenge
Looking for an approx 2,500 sqm footprint including with very precise specifications, the project had to take into account the narrow supply of offices in the considered geography. Furthermore, the mission took into account dual management of the project, involving the French partners and the management of the firm in London.
Our results
Thanks to a systematic and structured approach, including the negotiation of flexibility in the lease agreement in place, Upside identified a relevant building and negotiated the lease conditions, in the best interests of HFW. The site is located 15 avenue d’Iéna in the 16th arrondissement and corresponds in all respects to the client’s expectations. Upside completed its intervention by negotiating the reduction of HFW’s obligations, in respect of the exit from the offices on rue d’Astorg.
