Background
Owning a set of offices and data center in Sophia-Antipolis of around 2,000 m², Céleste, a fiber telecom operator for businesses, has instructed Upside to transaction manage a Sale & Leaseback operation.
The challenge
With few expert resources in real estate, Céleste subcontracted the entire management and implementation of the transaction to Upside: preliminary analyses, constitution of the data-room, organization of the consultation of investors, conduct of visits, negotiations and formalization of deeds with the support of a notary.
