Biocodex
Background
Biocodex is a family pharmaceutical laboratory that has gone from being a French microbiota pioneer in the 1950s to an international player, present in 120 countries. Based in Gentilly in two separate buildings, the company wishes to bring its teams together in a single, modern, sustainable and service-rich building, allowing it to accommodate the expected growth.
The challenge
As part of a process that lasted three years (2020-2023), Upside supported the General Management of Biocodex in the preparation and implementation of this transformation program through real estate: real estate strategy, documentation of options, alignment of the leases of the sites left, activation of top management, transactional implementation and design of future workspaces.
We are delighted to establish the Biocodex teams within the Campus de l’Aqueduc. This new and sustainably designed building complex allows us to stay in Gentilly, a town to which we are attached. The offer of on-site services, the excellent urban integration of the campus and the opportunity offered to us to offer diversified workspaces, rich in technologies and promoting formal and informal collaboration is an opportunity for Biocodex

Our results
Biocodex has acquired a lease in Building A of the Campus Aqueduc in Gentilly, i.e. approximately 7,500 m², which will accommodate 680 people from May 2024.
