Background
The Orange Campus teams are dedicated to the design and deployment of training programs for Orange Group employees.
The challenge
Based in Montrouge, the Campus teams are to be relocated to the Gardens complex in Châtillon. In this context, Upside was instructed by Orange to design the spaces of the future Campus, integrating the changes that mark training practices (e.g. metaverse).
Our results
Combining benchmarking, co-design workshops and production of an architectural concept, Upside developed an innovative and distinctive concept proposal, which was unanimously accepted by the Orange Campus teams. The monitoring of its implementation was entrusted to Upside, in order to manage the teams of the general contractor in charge of construction.
