UPSIDE is the exclusive representative in France, in Paris and the regions, of the NAI Global network.
NAI Global is a worldwide network of independent corporate real estate advisors, founded in 1978 and a subsidiary of the American investment fund C-III Capital Partners.
The network’s headquarters are located in New York. NAI Global connects 325 offices across 65 countries around the globe, bringing together nearly 5,800 professionals in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
NAI Global covers the following asset classes: office buildings, mixed-use and business sites, logistics warehouses, and data centers. It generated a total revenue of $5 billion in 2024.
As the exclusive representative of NAI Global in France, UPSIDE maintains its own brand and distinctive market positioning, while providing its clients with access to experts and advisors around the world. Likewise, UPSIDE can advise non-French companies on their real estate needs in Paris, the Île-de-France region, and across the country.
In December 2024, UPSIDE was admitted to the Anglo-Saxon SIOR GLOBAL network, connecting 4,000 real estate professionals worldwide.
Created 80 years ago, the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) is a network present in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe. 4,000 real estate professionals make up this network, which offers UPSIDE a relay for its clients abroad, while positioning UPSIDE as an advisor for international companies with operations in France.
