Trained at renowned consulting firms (Kearney, Bearingpoint, and Roland Berger), each has over 20 years of operational experience in real estate, acquired at recognized Anglo-Saxon companies in the sector (JLL, CBRE, and Colliers).

A graduate of ESC Amiens Picardie and the Yale School of Management, Stéphanie has been supporting large companies and government agencies in their transformation projects for over 20 years. After several years in management consulting at BearingPoint and operational experience in real estate development, Stéphanie joined Colliers International to build and develop its strategic consulting and change management services. Stéphanie joined Upside in 2021 as a Partner in charge of People & Change issues. She also brings Upside's expertise in the redevelopment and enhancement of industrial sites.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School and with a degree in business law from Paris Panthéon-Assas and Panthéon-Sorbonne Universities, Amandine has been advising companies that own or lease real estate for nearly 15 years. She began her career at Kearney working on due diligence projects for LBO funds, before joining Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to develop its corporate advisory services. She then co-founded Agilia Consulting, before heading up CBRE’s Corporate Advisory department, where she was a member of the executive committee in France. Amandine joined Upside in 2021 as a Partner in charge of transactional projects and complex negotiations.

A graduate of ESCP, with a Diplom Kaufmann from the Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Institut Catholique de Paris, Guillaume has been working for nearly 30 years as a consultant to senior management. He began his career at the strategy consulting firm Roland Berger before joining GE Capital Services. Guillaume then developed and positioned Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and CBRE’s consulting and transactional assistance activities at the highest level in France, where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He also co-founded Agilia Consulting. In 2019, Guillaume founded Upside. Guillaume is involved in the Supervisory Board of the Master of Science in Real Estate at ESCP.
