UPSIDE renegotiates SAUR’s lease in the NODA building in Issy-Les-Moulineaux (owner: PRAEMIA)

January 15, 2025. Upside has concluded the renegotiation of the lease commitments of the international leader in water treatment, SAUR, while negotiating the lease of additional sqm within the same building, Noda, owned by PRAEMIA (formerly PRIMONIAL).

The total footprint now occupied by SAUR is 4,100 sqm. UPSIDE is also in charge, via its Workplace & Design teams, of designing a new layout concept, Métamorphosis, based on a flex office principle. In addition to the design, UPSIDE ensures the selection of a general contractor and its follow-up until the delivery of the facilities.
